Please don’t hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you’re anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time.

At ND Life Spa we understand that life can be unpredictable and occasionally events may come up that will require a client to reschedule or cancel their appointment. ND Life Spa is committed to providing exceptional care to all our clients. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another from being seen. 


  • A Credit Card secured on file is required to schedule spa services. No exceptions.
  • 24-Hour notice: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that a 24-hr notice is given in advance. This will give someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment for that time frame. This also allows you to cancel without incurring any fees.
  • Same day notice: Any same day cancelation will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service charged to the card on file.
  • No shows: If prior notification is not given, you will be charged full cost of the service for the missed appointment. Ex: $80 for one hour massage. 
  • Late arrival: We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. A late arrival may result in a shortened service or session time to stay on time with appointments reserved for other clients. Regardless of the length in session, you are held responsible for the full-service fee or what was is originally booked. We respect our clients time and do our very best to stay on time according to schedule.
